Arrogant staff and tiny rooms, over perfumed and very dark inside. They have put 'trendy' ahead of comfort and style. but, it's a W, so you get a good breakfast, a good night's sleep, a good shower and mod cons which are essential for business travel.

Highly recommended. Great location in Besiktas, very nice area of istanbul. feels a little like you are staying in a holiday resort in a big city. Service first class (some small areas for improvement but marginal). Rooms all like staying in an apartment.
