If it was a 3 stars hotel, i would have given 3 stars. Pros: Good clean rooms. Cons: horrible wifi, very awful view and small bathroom. Do not take the back rooms, the view there is just a black burnt side of an old building. I repeat, Horrible wifi.

Very bad employees, they dnt do what u ask for. We asked an extra pillow, a restaurant recommendation, extra bed sheet and more, none of these has been done, plus we were there on new year and the Saturday b4 the laundry was closed! Ill never go back to that hotel.

Service standard is not upto the mark as expected from a 4 star hotel. Next time I'm not going to choose it at all. Breakfast options are also cheap. Communication with Hotel staffs also difficult. Room size is fare enough.

This hotel is not satisfied for me due to poor services especially the reception and room service. The receptionists were not helpful not cooperative. The room was not conditioned properly and very hot especially at night.

This hotel was in a great location; close to subway, shuttle to airport and wonderful area of restaurants. It is getting very rundown... dated... rooms need a re-do...breakfast was good. People had front desk did not know a lot.
