Grand Emin is an average hotel with small rooms. The visitor should not expect to much out of this hotel.Strong points are its good spot in the old city and clean bathroom . Weak points are, poor breakfast (quality), relatively clean rooms, problems with blocked piping in bathroom, indiferent staff. Indicated for average budget holidays.

The location is great, the room size is good and clean, bed is very good, free Internet in the room and in the lobby, security entry to the lift. Very closed to Sultanahmet square. The reception staff were very helpful and offered immediately to change the room given to us when we complain about smoke smell.

The Hotel is located in the center of the tourist area, but the area itself is only open for restaurants nothing much to do there and the shop around (except restaurants) close too early ! An absolutely horrible hotel with no facilities. Horrible bathrooms , small rooms, Small and stupid television set. No room service facilities. Not even a basic restaurant. Not a very nice locality. Unfriendly Staff. The worst thing was the breakfast buffet.It was the worst ever. Nothing to nice to eat. Nobody should go to this cheap hotel.~
