Great location, walking distance to most tourist attractions, excellent restaurants on the door steps.first and foremost are the staff working in the hotel, they are a credit to the industry of hospitality. Especially the front desk, nothing is too much trouble for them.A very big Thank You for making our stay in Istanbul from a good one to a great... More

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of old Istanbul, close to the Topkapi Palace & The Blue Mosque. The tram and the railway station are close too. The staff are very welcoming,we had a lovely room on the tiop floor overlooking the Sea of Marmara/The Bosphorous and the new city. The air con was a joke,as our beds were set in... More

This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of practically everything. Located on a pedestrian street, there are multiple cafes directly in front. (Go to the left on the corner for a WONDERFUL dinner). The front desk could not have been more helpful. The rooms were adequate. Unfortunately we didn't have a nice view but we did have a plentiful... More

This hotel has everything going for it. It's very conveniently located in relation to tourist attractions, transport and good restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. After a refreshing welcome drink and Turkish delight, you are given useful information about the location and getting to different sites in the city. The rooms are large, comfortable and attractive. The breakfast has... More

Very friendly welcome, lots of info offered. Rooms pleasant and reasonable size. Breakfast a little eclectic but plentiful. Sadly they don't use their roof terrace - not sure why? Location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing - within easy walking distance of main attractions and surrounded by wall-to-wall restaurants. We were presented with a gift when we checked out - a... A short walk to Aya Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Archeological Museum, Blue Mosque, Galata Bridge, plus near the tram line. A very clean customer friendly establishment with a real value in that a full excellent value breakfast is provided everyday with custom made omelets and more!!

We had a short trip to Istanbul and this hotel was just right for our stay. Location was perfect for what we wanted to see. The staff was great including the parrot in the lobby. While we were checking out they gave us a nice little tea set and some Turkish Delight. I do wish they had a channel guide... More

The hotel is situated within a most comfortable walking distance to the most important places for the tourists must-be-seen. The rooms in the hotel are rather small but for a three or four days stay in Istanbul they are perfect and will do very well. You will meet a pleasant room with very comfortable beds, neither too hard nor too... More
