Stayed for 5 nights. Location is excellent, near taksim square. Room size was small. Locker accepted only 2 codes so did not use. A/C compressor did not work. Breakfast was good but same items everyday. Staff understood little english. Room and bathroom was clean.

Room (and bathroom) were clean; All bathroom functions normal including hair dryer; Room amenities TV and safe functional; Adequate breakfast selection oriented to local tastes; Service was attentive at check-in/out and helpful answering questions, room service good; A/C not used due to November stay.

I got a room for smokers, which was awful. The reception staff was helpful and I got the following day a non-smokingroom but unfortunately equally filthy. Especially the carpet was very dirty. The hotel locates around Taksim square in a very nice area. Like other hotels in Istanbul its rooms are small but clean. The hotel staffs are helpful but you cannot expect very freindly people because of the culture. The breakfast was ok.

Wi-fi worked very well and was free of charge. The location and cleanliness of the hotel is a plus. Breakfast is average for a Turkish Hotel (should be better). I think it is more like a 3.5 star hotel. There is no negative comment except you are staying in the mid rooms (rooms ending with X05, X06, X07...). I recommend it if you are looking for a good location... More
