Firstly they had no record of my booking, this caused some delay but was eventually found at another sister hotel. Had nice time there in the hotel, the rooms are very small. breakfast is ok and location alos to walk in 5 minutes to the Galata Bridge and the tramstation also is very close to the hotel. All together a nice hotel but there are so many around and maybe better and cheaper.
