Stayed here with my wife the day the protests began in the park next to Taksim Sq. so quite difficult to reach the hotel from the bus stop on the sq. But this is a wonderfully luxurious hotel. Expensive but value for money.

Very nice rooms, location not far from Taksim square, but to get to city center would cost usd15-20. All extras are quite expensive (I paid USD130 without breakfast. The breakfast would cost USD75 for 2 persons. Terrace restaurant has very good cuisine, but you would pay at least USD200 for dinner with bottle of vine.
