There are drawbacks, but it is very good in its context: quality of an international hotel right in the heart of Sultanahmet (area dominated by small local noname brands). Do ask for a room with a Hagia Sophia view. Major problem: very poor sound isolation.

Excellent location in the Old City, walking distance to most sites and the tram station. Very nice staff, comfortable, clean rooms, especially front ones with Hagia Sophia view. Breakfast can be improved, but overall excellent value for money!

This was the worst experience I've had in any hotel-ever. Bad bad service. Receptionist yelled at me a couple of times ( asked him what the name f a side street was) another receptionist yelled at other guests too.
