“Beautiful hotel, but located away from the action”

This is a very elegant hotel and the views from the top floor bar are absolutely incredible. The rooms were well appointed and very modern. The staff was also extremely helpful and very attentive. The downside is the location. You are very far from the historic old town and the nightlife and restaurants.

“Location is terrible”

it is a nice hotel but you can't even walk to the Bosphorus for a walk or to public transporation. I wish SPG would update their website to say that this is not the place if you have only one day to see the sites. this is totally and completely dissappointing.

This is one of my favourite business hotels in Istanbul. Wonderfully trained non invasive staff, well trained except the security at the door, but I guess that goes with her territory. Highly recommended will stay again.
