We spent there two nights. The hotel is declared as 5* but unfortunately it does not deserved 5*. Why? Our room had problem with closing window (which was btw dirty) and we had draft all the time, specially it was problem in the night when was windy outside. During the first evening, our part of hotel lost electrical power so... More

Stayed here for a conference. The meeting rooms were nice and large and the coffee and tea times were much appreciated. My room was okay - not great. Room was clean but felt a bit bare. Hall ways were a bit dark at night. We ate all our meals in the restaurant. Food was good. I enjoyed all the salad... More

Hotel is very nice, located at the sea side. We were happy to get direct sea view room with big square. Room has all necessary facilities. Very comfortable bed and bathroom. Staff is very polite and kind. Hotel has some big conference hall...very good for big groups. Hotel a little bit old but has own advantages. It's very good to... More

I was disappointed by the service and overall stay at the Artemis Marin Princess Hotel. The rooms were clean and the elevators worked. Other than that I really can't say much positive about my4 day stay there. We were not met by bell service nor given the option of being shown to our room. The beds were hard and uncomfortable.... Stayed there for business. It is far from Istanbul (over an hour on a taxi with the traffic). Generally the service was bad and we were initially given an absolutely terrible room (dirty, broken door, tiny high window to a corridour and no views out). After complaining we were moved to a better room with outdated decoration. The pools are... More

This was a nice hotel for our meetings, but it was not 5-star. First, the reception staff was a bit low on courtesy. They weren't unpleasant, but if advertising 5-star, service needs to be off the charts. They have a very odd rule that you can't bring food or drink into the hotel at all - even water. You don't... My room was in the basement next to the kitchen air-condition. The staff was wery unhepful. Broken enemities in my room. Cleaness of the room was poor. Poor wi-fi, broken lock, broken shower. I do not recomed you to stay in this hotel. I lost 40 euros from my suitcase. I was here with a group of 30 people. Everyone... More

Outwardly this is a true five star hotel. It has the potential to be an oasis 60 km outside of Istanbul, but the management side leaves lots to wish for. Poor personal contact, very slow elevators and a room key card that had to be replaced every day are things one would expect from lower graded establishments. Air conditioning in... More

Not the worse place I've ever stayed, but, then again, this isn't rural Nigeria. It looks amazing on the website, but don't be fooled. Far from anything you'd want to visit, except the nearby motorway. Wastewater basin across the motorway seemingly dumps out onto the beach 20m from the hotel. It does have two decent-sized outdoor pools, and one indoor... More

Average food, terrible service, unfriendly staff, hotel police watching your every move making you you don't bring a bottle of water or coke in from the outside.....generally a terrible place. The water in the sea is absolutely green....and I do. Ot want to know why. It is quite amazing to sit in the lobby and watch the accumulation of contraband... More
