The hostel was perfect for me. A nice walk until reach the sights, but it is a really good one. The staff was nice. And the price for me was perfect. Theres a nice mood at the hostel and i really prefer to pay for this kind of hostels. Not that kind of mainstream hostels, that seems a hotel. If... More

We spent our Easter Break Family Trip in Istanbul and found Neverland Hostel on a usually helpful and trustful homepage where it was advertised to be clean and comfy. Unfortunately this turned out to be false. We had our first problems when we tried to find the location with the directions provided by the hostel.Descriptions were confusing and it took... More

That is how this place was billed to me by a friend. It lived up to it...The green party graffiti that adorns the walls and the bohemian crowd give this place its character. Everyone (the staff and the other guests) were friendly and... chill. Breakfast of eggs, bread w jelly, nutella, salad, cheese...was delicious, free, and copious in amount. At... More

This place was affordable, clean, laid-back and perfectly situated (don't let the hill daunt you: with all the börek you'll be eating, you'll want to run those hills). Everything is comfortable and safe, and the surrounding neighborhoods (including Istiklal Cd—big street with shopping and eating) are great for shopping or eating. Both the common main floor and the lounge downstairs... More

Well, we found this hostel on the internet. It was the second time in Istanbul and we wanted a low budget trip. On the internet the hostel looks like very clean and nice, also it is advertised as an political green activist projects, so we decided to choose that. We arrived at night in Istanbul and we had a really... More

I spent a week here with my fiancee in May 2009. The room was OK, had a nice view of the houses between the hostel and Taxim. If the room had had proper curtains, it would be a lot more comfortable, but it was easy to put towels in front of the window. I guess the hostel is not for... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in what was supposed to be a twin room but ended up being a double room despite us phoning from England TWICE beforehand to verify that we, as two single men, wanted TWO BEDS not one, in a private ensuite room. When we arrived we were told that they had made a mistake and... More

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights in a private room. We debated switching to a different hostel but decided not to. The toilet ran all night and was loud, and the showers weren't that clean but not too bad. The rooms were sketchy and our window wouldn't lock. Very hot rooms so we wanted to sleep with... More

I am not sure how the previous two revıewers wrote such positive comments about this hostel. I am an extremely well travelled person and can safely say this is the worst place I have ever stayed. I had a prıvate room to myself. Thıs was ıncredıbly hot and dıffıcult to sleep. You would think that they may provıde some fans... More
