Finding a good hotel in Tashkent which is not so expensive and caters to the needs of a business traveller can be challenging. After staying in a hotel for 7 days without internet, we moved to this hotel, and this was quite an improvement. The hotel's reception area is light and huge with a welcoming sitting area and bar, where... More

I stayed through a group booking, so I cannot comment on the price. Others' remarks about good position is correct. However : - ( 24-hour front desk is there, but no porters at midnight. Wifi keeps changing its access details, so you have to re-visit the front desk for a new password. Pool not open until 9th May, despite being... More

The hotel is very centrally located, several rooms have been renovated recently and they are quite comfortable. I was there for 3 nights in the second week of December and hence the weather was very cold, however the central heating was excellent and they keep it on 24 hours even in the room , which is a huge blessing if... I stayed here for eight nights in November and early December 2011. Advantages: * Excellent central location just across a small square from two metro lines and a supermarket * Outstanding value at $70/night for a single * Clean comfortable room, mostly quiet at night (see below) * Free wireless Internet worked about 90 percent of the time in the... The hotel is centrally located with very serene & green surroundings, also known as the Tata Hotel because it was built by the Tata group..The breakfast that was served at the coffee shop was just average with no sugar free available on 1 day.The room service is non existent as when I wanted to order, they informed me that only steak &... I am rating this hotel as high as low average only because the staff is excellent. I have high standards as I am used to the level of service given in Thailand. Here, whether it was the housekeeping staff, the reception staff, or the restaurant staff, they were all cheerful and attentive and within the limits allowed by their management... More

The hotel is well located, it is near a metro stop, the efendi restaurant is about 10-15 minutes walk away. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The room I had was of a very good size and had a good range of amenities: fridge, kettle, flat screen satellite television, settee and chairs. The bathroom was also of a good size... More

Hotel meets expectation. Rooms a bit run down, but that was expected. Price of $70US seems to be good value. Hotel has large pool, and gym with modern equipment. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was a buffet, not bad for uzbekistan. I recommend this hotel. (note that taxi from airport should cost at most 7000 som, guide books... More

Hi, I stayed in this hotel last week and it was a good hotel, don't be put off by the bad reviews. Yes the rooms need refurbishing and yes some things look a bit dated (it;s not inspiring from the outside!) but my room was clean, everything worked and the service was very polite and helpful. The bed was very... More
