This is by far this worst internet that we have had in asia. Nice hotel. Good service. But, non-existent internet. I couldn't even get my speedtest to load after five tries. Tried to use on several devices. There are a lot of rooms. Could be wrong, but I'm thinking that they are running them all on one ADSL circuit.

I stayed in february. it was normal. standart room , very good staff and normal price for tashkent. But breakfast was very poor. Hotel in the center near kontinent shopping centre and near a lot of restaurants. But breakfast really poor and not good. If you want to stay in this hotel you must buy your food for breakfast.
