Good location and free airport pick ups. Rooms are basic, with no supply. Only one towel, and no toiletries. Charge a phone call at reception to contact tour operator without letting customer know before hand. It was a surprise at check out and the staff mocked " nothing is free!", rude staff. Not cheap, may find something better in Vientiane. More

Quite expensive for what it is, but okay for a few nights. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is acceptable. The hotel is within walking distrance from both the bus station and morning market as well as the river and city center. Good WiFi, big rooms, and nice bed. That's it! Barely adequate hot water, zero views, noisy from street and from thin walls.... But worst of all is the completely unmotivated, untrained, and uncaring staff. The laundry check list is split in two parts. One part dry cleaning and the other wash/iron. I handed them my custom made sports jacket marked for dry cleaning. Spent 2 nights here, and booked the 2 huge rooms upstairs. pity the sink is in the bedroom. Breakfast is only OK, although i wish they would increase the price and allow unlimited coffee/juice. It would not take much to make this a good hotel, just a slight upgrade in quality of linen/towels etc. More
