But the owner maybe didnot care to do that. Very dirty. Bad service. Never smile. Will not recommend to anyone. There are some better place to stay and enjoy Vientiane. More

geez, the same old story get in late and anywere looks like a good place to stay! this was dreadful, the manager was possibly one of the rudest most arrogant people i encountered in Laos! The only time he would bother to speak to you or look at you is if you were looking into tickets somewhere and he thought... More

Pros: location, cleanness of rooms (I had my own bathrom), price (€ 13 through Agoda). Cons: blood stained bedsheets (must have come from bedbugs, but none while I was there), smelly towels, completely uninterested personnel. There are better places to go to. More

We stayed in a double room, on the ground floor to the right of the main entrance. Paying 120,000 kip per night(£10). Ended staying for 3 nights so it wasn't all that bad. I think detailing the room location is important as there are reports of and therefore clearly problems with bed bugs. From the other reviews these appear to... More

I booked a single room with bathroom on agoda where it is slightly cheaper. For the price, it is a good place to stay. The staff are friendly and speak good English, and my room was fine. The bed was comfy, the pillows are big and firm, and my bed was double sized. The bathroom had been cleaned but could... More

Stayed here recently as found in lonely planet. Not as good as they say. Rooms were good size, bathroom could do with decorating and a thorough clean- chuck out the bath mats! Most noise came from the staff and not other residents. Changed rooms and staff were fairly helpful. Beds hard but no bugs! There are better guesthouse available nearby. More

This place is awful. It's recommended in the lonely planet but don't go. Got awful bed bugs and the people knew it. They asked of we wanted to switch rooms and suggested that the room upstairs was ok because no one had complained before. My response obviously was so people have complained about our room before? The man immediatly responded... More

Staff dont care much, they will not discount for over a week stay. you can for sure find a much better place for the same money. The more expensive double rooms on the first floor are now renovated and are ok but they dont deserve the added price. More

The room was dusty, stuffy, noisy; the fan wasn't working, the fly screen was broken and the window wouldn't close. Apart from the humid, dusty still air, I kept getting woken up by people just outside my window. Worst night's sleep ever, and I've slept in some horrible places. The service...I asked for another room and was simply told "no"... More
