We stumbled upon this family-run hotel along the Mekong River when looking for a new hotel. Middle price range, it was a welcome change from the low-budget or very expensive offerings in Vientiane. “Clean, quiet location overlooking the Mekong, the friendliest hotel you could wish for”

I've stayed here about four times now and I'll keep going back. Family owned and run, with friendly and fun staff who take care of everything you'd need from a bed and breakfast.
