I stayed here for 1 night on a business trip.
Pros

good rooms, excellent service, very good breakfast, perfect location, but absurdly expensive restaurant, although Turkish pides good. Got massage service on the bill which was not used, but it was withdrawn without any comment immediately.
Most hotels are extremely expensive in Astana or the lower end are pretty poor. The Grand Park is the happy medium and is great value for money, I love the location so happy to recommend this hotel
It was -30 outside so did not go out much. The food was not bad and there are good restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly the pool was OK if you can find it located at the back of the lobby cafe.
The Grand Park Esil is in the old part of Astana and is itself an old style pre-independence hotel. The hotel had a renovation shortly before and everything seems better now. The staff is really international. Stay away room no:324 in winter and rainy days. The...

It is supposed to be 'centrally located'. I'm not really sure that I would describe it as that; it seemed to take...

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night transiting on business from Uralsk to Abu Dhabi. The airport pickup and transfer was fine. The service on check in and check out was efficient and friendly. The room was clean, basic and functional (what I paid for) and most important the hot water and heating were without fault. I used the...
