Cheaper than most hotels on the modern side of the river. Excellent location for walking round the centre of town. Room large and clean, staff very helpful for arranging taxis. Bar area large with comfortable seats and the menu looked good although we did not try it. Breakfast was average but omelettes cooked to order

It is a good hotel - cheaper than others on this side of the river. very helpful staff. internet is slow but was available all the time. Breakfast is quite good. Business centre is decent. Spa- massage room - is quite good and very affordable. Staff there are very accommodating. overall - very comfortable stay.

Unless you are interested in returning to the Soviet days of lousy service, nothing working, surly and unhelpful staff, and no amenities, I recommend you stay somewhere else. It was very confortable to stay. People at reception is kind to us. Internet connection thought hotel wifi is not free and unstable.

I stayed here 4 nights. The general prices in Astana are outrageous and this hotel is no exception. But the rooms are large and well equipped whereas the bathroom felt a bit small.
