We stayed here for 3 nights while in Phnom Penh and really liked it. The staff was really helpful with getting familiar with the city and booking taxi's, tuk tuks, etc. Very clean and situated on a side road away from the main road so it was nice and quiet at night.

A gem of a small discreet hotel, excellently run, and a real home from home. Very good location. David and his staff couldn't be more helpful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

As a guesthouse owner myself , I am envious of the fact that David, The owner, is able to maintain Manor so well. Everything is in order, Friendly and attentive staff, clean and comfy room, helpful and accommodating. Love the bar area as it feels like a small and cosy community.
