I stayed here for three nights while on business to PNH. The hotel is not central, if tourism is your objective, but it is walking distance to the river - if you like to walk. Probably a kilometer or 1.5 K to the riverside. The hotel itself is new, clean and the rooms are fine. Rooms are modern, with all... More

I didn't expect much after reading the reviews on this page. However, when I got there, I found that this hotel was nothing short of superb. A room like this would have easily cost over $100 USD back home, but it was only $40/night. We got a room with a balcony, clean beds, plasma TV, excellent bathrooms. Although the electricity... More

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet, very clean and bed very very comfortable! Newly renovated building and elegantly decorated with nice finition. Free high speed internet in the lobby. Breakfast was efficiently served with a choice of asian and western food. Very centrally located, everywhere is easy to reach. In between the Monivong boulevard with a variety... More

The staffs at the reception are friendly but inexperienced. Interestingly the hotel is somewhat in a scheme to provide job and training opportunities to the locals here which otherwise would not have the chance to do so. So i guess a little patience and graciousness will go far. The rooms are all newly renovated and the quality of finish and... More

Check-in was a breeze. I informed the staff who wrote down the information that my departure date was 25/10/10 and my flight was at 2130hrs. Room was new and nice. Toilet was clean but had a mild smell. Water pressure for the shower was fairly good but a better shower head would be nicer. Plasma TV with tons of channels... More

We arrived in Phenom Penh without booking accommodaiton and just fluked upon The Queen Hotel. At USD$12 per night we thought it was value for money. We had an ensuite room and good locks on the doors so we were happy! Its not the most glamourous place I've stayed, but then like I said it was cheap! The guys on... More
