The greatest quality of the Goldiana is location - you're in the heart of Phnom Penh and everything is a short tuk-tuk ride. Stayed here for 3 days for a meeting. Meeting room was good, large doors opening up to a balcony, good facilities, wifi etc. Service was friendly and prompt, which was nice.
