So disappointed with thos hotel Im writing this review in the room now to warn other guests. Avoid this hotel at all costs- the attitude problem of the reception desk and general staff is not representative of the generally warm treatment I've received from other hotels in Phnom Penh or Cambodia in general. Old furniture, stains on the bed sheets... More

Typing this review at the hotel now which means there is wifi. However, I had to shift my bed because the ceiling is leaking water. The television is not working also and the control panel for the lights are in poor condition. If you plan to stay here, do bring along air freshener because there is a smell in the... More

What do you expect with $25/ night? Decent room, warm water, free drinking water, telephone, free wifi, security and best off all location..yes location! This hotel ticks all my expectation and will definitely worth to come back. In February 2011, Malaysian Halal restaurant - D'Wau Restaurant will starts its operation at the Ground Floor. Great news for all Malaysian and... More

Staff were friendly and helpful but the rooms were average and breakfast was very limited. The location was a little away from the action on the riverfront. You could walk it but better to take a tuk tuk for $1-$2 ($1 during the day and the prices double at night)

When we went to visit family and friends in Phnom Penh they recommended we stay the New York hotel because it was clean, friendly, inexpensive and located centrally in Phnom Penh.. We found the rooms were clean with plenty of hot water and air conditioning. We were extremely pleased with the warm and hospitable staff at the hotel; bell boys,... More

This place was not worth the price or headache of dealing with the front desk. They requested a security deposit for my room, but they didn't ask for dposits for my traveling companions' rooms. Upon departure, they tried to deny knowledge of the security deposit and it took my translator making quite a scene for them to give it back... More
