We stayed only the 1 night, our room was lovely and cool, however the furniture is rather old so had a very musty smell.....we was offered a upgrade which we took which included a free mini bar...well worth it.. i stayed at intercon phnom penh last year and i liked it, thats why i returned two weeks ago. after checking in, i went to the club lounge and sat there to do some work on my ipad. 40 minutes later, no one came to check whether i needed anything to drink. what happened to service?

I would recommend the hotel Intercontinental in Phnom Penh, although I would recommend that anyone staying there use the internet to book the rooms as they can be pricey on a "walk up"..... Arriving from Chau Doc, Vietnam, by fast boat, we were transferred to the Intercontinental Hotel. Amenities met Western-style needs. The room and en-suite bathroom were clean.
