I stayed here in Feb 2013 and it was a pleasant experience. The hotels location is very good, close to Museum and walking distance to the river. The rooms are small, but good value for the money you pay. The check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast served was good for a hotel of this... More

First off, you really couldn't ask for a better location. Within easy and quick walking distance to the National Museum, Royal Palace, the river and the FCC, with an enormous amount of shops, restaurants and bars right there, all around. There are also plenty of tuk tuk drivers that are somehow associated with the hotel that have good prices to... More

We stayed in one of their cheaper rooms, so I can't comment on some of the more expensive ones but our room was quite poor. The bathroom was quite dirty, paint peeling from the walls, and had a terrible smell that filled the room if you left the door open. The cheaper rooms are on a mezzanine floor overlooking the... Stayed three nights. The big positive is the location. A block from the National museum, a block or two from the Royal palace, a block from the river. Close to restaurants and shops, really a good part of town to be in. Some negatives though. The rooms are quite tiny, at least the superior were in. It was hard to... More

In a great location and room kept clean although there was no option to NOT have cleaner in every day. The air con was broken and staff expected to be let in to fix it when I wanted to use it...ok during the day maybe but not at night when was ready for bed. I complained and they woke me... More

We got a room on the first floor (104) and it was OK excpt that everyone in the hotel had to walk by us as there is no lift. It was relatively quiet the first three nights of our stay, but really bad with noisy druken partiers on the 4th. The "temple" being built across the road was actually a... More

Cozy hotel situated close to the river and next to many bars and restaurants. Our room had a view of the royal palace. Staff friendly and helpfull. Forget the Chemical orange juice at breakfast wich is included in the room price .

We booked this hotel last minute because of their location. That being said they are in an excellent location. Our bus from Shinoukville, Sorya Bus Company, dropped us off about 12 blocks away. We had a map and just walked to the hotel. It wasn't too bad, about 15 minutes. The hotel is right next to the Royal Palace and... More

We arrived and were told that our double deluxe room was not available as the previous occupant wanted to stay an extra night. We were given a superior room. The room is small. Very little space between the table and the bed and not enough space to get out of one side of the bed. Very badly laid out. We... More

Clean, friendly staff, hot water (my bathroom had shower in a good position!), AC that worked, TV, kettle, hairdryer, fridge, felt very safe. Excellent location for exploring from. No lift but the staff help with your bags. Breakfast basic but edible! Many cafes nearby for a treat using the money you saved on the room price!
