I've stayed here three times for various business trips. hotel is nice enough, staff are very helpful, wifi is strong, breakfast is good. There are better locations for tourism, but you can easily get a tuktuk to the riverside for restaurants and bars.

Pros: 1) Low cost. 2) Tasty breakfast. 3) Well known locally (i.e. cab and tuk tuk drivers know where hotel is) Cons: 1) Hotel needs renovating. Looks like a Chinese hotel from the early 90's. Lots of drab grey concrete, dated decor. 2) Poor customer service. Examples include: a. There was no soap in the bathroom when we first arrived.... More

The first thing I noticed was a sign on the bathroom mirror than in both Cambodian and English said: STOP CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION. I don't know if this was a hotel thing or government thing; however, It made me feel a little creepy in the hotel knowing that that could go on here. It is just a little different from... More

This was the second time in fours years that i have stayed at this hotel. The wifi has gotten faster and more thorough distribution througout the hotel. Guests may access wifi both from their room and the cafe. The charge was $55/night which included breakfast. Breakfast was a selection of fruit, pastries, bread, eggs or an omelette made to order.... Let's start with airport pickup that for some unknown reasons was not done. The hotel is located in a busy area nearby a road fully packed with prostitute of all ages. The first night there I went out for a walk and i was literally assaulted by dozens of people trying to sell me all kind of sexual services. Crazy!... More

The rooms are good and so is the restaurant in the lobby. The lift is slow and hot. Lacks facilities such as swimming pool and gym. However, the hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and there's wifi everywhere.

A friend of mine did the booking and it was somewhat a pleasant stay. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable although the room size is a little small. Great spread for breakfast. We had dinner one night at the hotel's in-house restaurant and dishes were not bad at all. In terms of location, it is quite strategic. There... More
