Clean rooms and good location. Very close to the river and the market. Many different cafes and restaurants with European and Cambodian cuisine.Wi-fi on the last floor wasn't working. There are many rooms. It is likely that you will get room without booking.

The title says it all. $10US for a double bed with fan, tv and bathroom right in phnom penh centre, 2 blocks from river. Clean, basic, quiet room which is all I wanted. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the river front, the Old market and the Central Market. Is clean and the stuff is friendly. Lunch is good here and breakfast to, Coffe is great in the morning, reading a newspaper and relax on the terrace.

Central location and rooms are okay sized but if you can spend a bit more do as there are better budget hotels than this. On the positive side : - central locatiob - quiet and spacious rooms -air conditioning - nice restaurant - friendly staff On the negative side: - bathroom has no shower per say, just a shower head sticking out the wall and I couldn't get any hot water.

The rate is slightly high for a budget hotel. Beds are comfortable, toilet ok, water kettle with coffee/tea provided, the aircond works! No lift but there are staff avail to carry down our bags. Located in a quiet part of the city.
