This hotel is very pleasant - four star rooms with five star service. The lobby and restaurants were all very pleasant and the staff were very helpful. Stayed multiple times and hotel has continuously improved. An oasis of calm and pleasant environs after the horrible Dhaka traffic. Rooms are comfortable, though furnishings and bathroom fittings are somewhat dated. Staff is exceedingly helpful and friendly.
