We stayed with several families with young children. The staff at the hotel speak English fairly well. Food and service at the restaurant are very good with both traditional Azerbaijani dishes as well as American fare. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. We stayed at the Irshad in the winter. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We had several toddlers in our group. The staff of the hotel made sure the rooms were warm. In fact we had to open the windows to allow for some cooler air. The staff always were very accomodating to our requests... More
