I stayed in this new hotel for one month for a business trip - experienced problems one after another - hotel service needs improvements. (1). Took my teapot away - called front desk, eventually found - told me they took it away for cleaning. Half hour later the teapot was returned, but all the tea leaves were still in it.... More

Hotel is very new and comfortable. Conveniently located. What skews the whole things up is the system they have set up for Internet connection. I've stayed in a number of hotels in Baku this was my first stay at the Hilton and I was here a week. Good, new hotel, its expensive, but the location is great. The rooms are lovely, and have both baths and showers which I really like. The staff are friendly and attentive and overall I would stay here again.... More

Brand new hotel in the centre of Baku. The rooms are beautiful as are the bathrooms with nice tiles and shower and bath tubs. Excelent service. I stayed at the executive floor where you have access to a nice lounge overlooking the Caspian Sea. Very nice and relaxing lounge for a quiet and nice breakfast.
