I stayed 2 nights in Boris's family B&B. It is round 15 minuets walk from the Metro station, which is quick and cheap. the house is clean and you have enough privacy. access to the internet via wi-fi and pc is also available. they are very helpful with any question. washing facility is also available. I stays here during January because I came last minute and no other availability and I was in for a suprise great place and extremely nice people. Perfect if u just want to look at our great nation Armenia. Very good experience would recommend to anyone and multilingual.

Want to recommend this B&B. The room was very big and spacious, very clean and with a great view of the river and Yerevan. Shower/Toilet were new and spotless!! Highly recommended :-)

I liked my placement in Boris´ family house very much. I saw many nice places around - Garni, Geghard, Ecmiadzin, Sevan... I can highly recommend to all of following travellers to Armenia! It was pleasant time in Yerevan.
