$12 - we had the top floor, unbelievable view, huge room and a great value. Don't book any tours through them, as any traveler should know to never book through hotels, you'll pay $14 here and $7 everywhere else.

This place was great for us, a large room with friendly staff. Free WiFi, A/C, hot shower, TV (with plenty of english channels) and a fridge. It is located on hotel alley just off the main road the beach is the other side of the road. Right in the centre of the action without being noisy.
