We spent two nights in a balcony room at this budget hotel. Room was comfy with fridge, safe, bath& shower + very fancy loo seat but no kettle nor hairdryer. What can I say about Viet Hai Hotel ? Really good place for travelers. Cheap and solid as well, helpful staff - what else U need for 6 $ US per room ! ( 2x single beds).
