Stayed here on an organised tour.
The room was big, bed comfortable but there were no amenities and it just looked and felt dirty. There were no face clothes, hand towels, bath mats, tissues, a folder to tell you about the hotel, jug. I put a towel on the floor for changing but they just folded the towel up and...

Large rooms, but insufficient amenities. Ie no pens, paper, kettle, tea, coffee or even hotel brochure. No usual safe although there seems to be a locked drawer which I did not use.

What a lovely hotel! Very helpful staff and great location close to many main streets in the main part of the City. We had a pleasure time here!

We stayed two nights at Hue Queen and found that the hotel provided very good value for he money. It's centrally located and the rooms are quite spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Through the hotel we booked a tour to the Demilitarized Zone which was excellent. We also rented a car that drove us to Hoi...

I stayed here for two nights and Hue Queen helped to make my trip in Hue more wonderful. My close friend (named Lam from AmoVietnam Travel) personally recommended this hotel to me. I traveled with my parents (who are both in their 60s). They were both very satisfied with room services, hotel breakfast and staff's hospitality. Hotel staff were very...

When we arrived we had caught the overnight train from Hanoi and were sleepy and itchy so a shower was greatly appreciated - however dont get excited...
