You cant expect much when you get a double room for $15, but I think the value here is great - we had a big room with balcony. It was clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

We stayed here 2 nights in April and it was a nice, clean, basic hotel with air con, hot water, internet us in the room, and mosquito spray provided (although we didn't have any problems). Nice friendly staff that helped provide assistance in getting train tickets booked. Good location in Hue for a great price.

Stayed here for two nights and opted for one of the more expensive doubles with a window and balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. $10 dollar room more like $25 dollar rooms we've stayed in. Clean, modern, comfy, nice shower, airy, AC, ceiling fan, tv, fridge. It seemed to good to be true but really wasn't! An excellent hotel, considering comparable rooms I have had in Vietnam. Down a small lane to minimize street noise, most rooms have shared balconies and mine overlooked a peaceful overgrown lot on the other side. Soft bed, relatively clean, and private bathroom. Great stay!
