Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean the rooms a good size and best of all the beds are comfy. It's a short walk to the bars and restaurants. You can get laundry done for $2 a kg. We got a small balcony with our room which was nice.

Fair sized rooms with comfortable mattresses. Free wifi (although have to try a few different networks). About 10 - 15 minutes walk from the main centre, but easy enough to walk in or get a cab. By far, my best experience in an hotel in Vietnam. Service is incredible. The young woman at the reception couldn't have been more helpful and nice. The breakfast was fantastic, at the 6th level, with a view on all Hue. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They lent me a bicycle to go to central Hue. Great people !

Arrived for a four night stay but only managed one night. The staff were very helpful and welcoming but the room wasn't the best. we arrived when it was raining and cold.
