I stayed here three times within 6 weeks. The hotel is well kept and a close walk to much. The market, the opera house, night life, about anything you want. VERY nice breakfast in the morning

First time in Saigon and I must say, I have thoroughly enjoyed it! It's a big eye opener in terms of traffic.
Norfolk hotel is located in a great spot in between the main "big brand" shopping area and the Ben Thanh market. All within walking distance.
The service was great, hotel staff are friendly and at times shy. They...

Stayed 2 nights during a tour that went thru Saigon. The location of the hotel is great, easy walking distance to several sites, restaurants, etc. The rooms are generous, there is actually a shower curtain - an odd finding for my trip, this is the only hotel of 4 that had a separated shower. There is free wifi but it...

Very good service and friendly staff in this centrally located boutique hotel in Ho Chi Minh (Saigon). Rooms clean and well serviced, with all the mod cons you'd expect. Hotel has a nice restaurant/breakfast restaurant, a small gym (no pool - but there is one in the sister hotel down the road which you can use), sauna etc. Spent 3...

Friendly, consistent professional service? Good food, wine and free WIFI throughout the hotel
This is a very nice 'boutique' hotel in a very central location close to all of the main sites. The rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel equally to business travellers sick of the same old business hotels and looking for good value and tourists alike.
A very nice hotel, central located, very close (within) a few blocks (10 minutes) from about anywher eyou would want to goin Saigon.
This Hotel is directly in the centre fom the town.
Close to a lot off interessting building and the new Financial tower with the sky deck at the 49th floor.
Also you have to walk only 10 minutes to the harbour.
For the 4 stars this hotel is an insider tip.
Internet sure is in the rooms free off charge....

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this boutique hotel. Staff were pleasant and friendly, esp the restaurant staff. Try the "Bak Kut Teh" dish at the restaurant, it's recommended. The location was close proxmity to main town centre and the main market place. All within walking distance, no need for taxi's unless it is raining.
Great service, good food and well priced wine. I have stayed here many times over a 5 year period and am happy to recommend.
