Great hotel, great location. Rooms are a good size. Didn't use the pool or gym or breakfast but pool is rooftop with great views. Nice restaurants in the vicinity. Housekeeping and room service were prompt and very good. Would stay again!

We followed Trip Advisor recommendations and we were not disappointed. Two nights in Saigon in late April were made even better by staying at the Renaissance. It was a lovely hotel, we had riverview, which was lovely. The room ordinary. Breakfast delicious. The only thing we didnt like was this place has a lot of business people in suits and as a tourist getting around in shorts and thongs and holiday wear we felt underdressed and uncomfortable. Staff were lovely friendly and helpful.. Fitness room fantastic.

Even gave myself a smug pat on the back for getting it so cheap compared to what everyone else was paying. Have stayed here 4 times in the past 4 months, usually in a club room. We normally get river view rooms and while others have commented on the lovely views, in my opinion at least, this is not a particularly scenic river.
