Stayed one night at this hotel in April 2012. Booked the reservation through one of online travel agencies (i.e., Hotels.com). Was able to get reasonable discount as such I had decided to stay there. The hotel lobby is about 6-8 ft above the street level and if you have some luggage, be ready to lift and climb the steps to... More

We stayed for 4 nights in a 'suite' which was only £52 per night. Calling it a suite was a bit of a stretch of the imagination, but for the time we were actually in it, we were very satisfied. So I can imagine that the standard rooms would be very small. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, which,... More

We booked two 'suites' for ourselves and family for our last two night in Vietnam. The rooms are fresh, clean and tidy, the staff are lovely. The 'suites' are just regular sized rooms with big bathrooms. There's a. Small pool and overall the hotel is nicely appointed with good wifi. Good location. However hotels are about sleeping well, there is... More

Worst nights sleep in six month travels. Paid for a deluxe room with window and got a prison cell with a tiny window facing a dirty wall. Noisy and overall the place has bad energy!!!

Spotlessly clean, staff could not do enough for you. We had to leave very early in the morning and miss our breakfast, as the kitchen staff had not yet arrived the night porter went into the kitchen and made sandwiches to take with us, he also included a hard boiled egg and a selection of fruit. Want a western meal,... More

For the price paid I was not hugely impressed. The hotel room was reasonable, but the bathroom a let down. It was built in such a way that the floor ended up full of water after each shower. The individual air-con unit was noisy and pointed directly at the bed, making it very difficult to get confortable sleeping. I was... More

This was a very new hotel with clean though not very big rooms. It was very reasonably priced and the staff were friendly and helpful. They had a good breakfast in a lovely big and light dining room with a variety of fruit, yoghurt and breads and chefs making eggs to order. We were tempted to try something from their... More

We selected the silverland on the internet before we left Australia. I did the booking through M/s ho and all I asked for was ready for us--picked up from the plane from Hue, cold water in the car which was appreciated and flowers and chocolates for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. A city tour was also organised for us... More

We stayed 2 nights in this middle range scale hotel on the way back from Mui Ne Resort area before departed for home during the Chinese New Year 2012. It is a very brand new hotel. Perhaps it is just few months old as the furniture and other things look so new. The room is not large even we have... More
