We stayed here for 3 nights, and they gave us a big suite on the 10th floor with a good view. Breakfast is average, and the location is a short taxi ride to the center of the city.

Nice clean hotel in a good area for price we paid. Close to local restaurants & market. Room was a little small with no window. Service was OK, but not much English spoken at all. Free WiFi in rooms.
