Clean, quiet, comfortable, new. Computer was a really helpful addition to the rooms. Good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Let us store bags and then come back and shower in the evening before a flight out of town. If you are going to stay in Pham Ngu Lao I'd highly recommend this hotel.
