I think I picked this place after hours of overwhelming research and definitely made a mistake. Only 1 guy in charge of everything, very nice but he doesn't speak one single word of English - not even body language! Why would you hire him to work your hotel? Because you're CHEAP and don't care about your customers. The guy smokes...
