Stayed here as part of a tour. Didn't expect anything fancy, and it wasn't. Had a basic room which had no window, but it had aircon so that was a bonus. The only thing about this hotel was the noise. We booked this hotel because of its supposed location near the Opera House and the People's Committee Building. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we found out that its actual location is completely different, at the most south-western end of Le Thanh Ton Street.
