saigon queen villa has been a great quiet place to kick off our stay in saigon.linh,the receptionist has been fantastic and nothing has been too much to ask of her.room is great and the area nice and quiet.no problems at all for us and i recommend to anyone while they sort out a permanent residence if you are moving here!

Saigon Queen Villa is located in An Phu (expat area) of HCM. It is very very badly run. When advised there were RAT droppings under the sink, the hotel maids used the same cloth to clean the kitchen, the floor, the bathrooms and the rat droppings.
