This was our 2nd stay at the Hanoi Elegance Sapphire Hotel and we were treated like old friends. The service is outstanding - one of the guys from the hotel rushed around Hanoi train station to help us with our tickets to Sapa and we hadn't even booked them through the hotel. The room we stay in is the family... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night before our international flight. The bed was comfortable, the room was quite large, the bathroom was nice. it is a little older than some of the Elegance hotels, but is still very clean and comfortable. The service is good, but the service at the Hanoi Elite due to the manager was outstanding.... More

This was our first stop in Vietnam, as soon as you step through the door you're treated to 5 star service, the staff really do make this hotel. It's clean, the breakfast is made to order and it's local enough (7-10 mins) walk to the centre. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby offering great food. I was suffering... More

From airport pick up to final drop off back at airport we felt we were in good hands, the service offered was exceptional, at all times, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was too much, and not only was it massive, but was a VERY good quality. Location is very good. We booked the Ha Long Bay cruise through the... More

All of the staff were very helpful and the room was well appointed Breakfast also good with plenty of choice Close to the hustle and bustle of town but not at all noisy at night, even though our room faced the street Our son was looked after well too, so good choice for families

Having stayed in some other very good hotels in Hanoi (amongst them Cinnamon Hotel and Hanoi Elite Hotel), this one pales slightly in comparison. I felt that the room deco was a bit tacky and dated. Room itself was however, clean and comfortable. As usual, service by hotel staff is Vietnam is top notch, and this one is no different.... More

This was the hotel we used as our Hanoi base to start off our Vietnam expedition. Upon arrival we were warmly greeting and presenting with a delicious fruit smoothie to cool ourselves down from the Hanoi heat. Even though we were 6 hours before the 2pm check in time they had a room ready for us and ushered us up... More

This is a little gem. Long and narrow like most smaller hotels, but fantastic attention to detail, and fantastic staff. Breakfasts are very good, and unlimited in terms of what you can have to eat. The room we had (305) faced the street and had a tiny balcony. The beds we comfortable, had plenty of pillows, and the good quality... More

My partner and I stayed for 6 nights (two visits of three days each while we cruised Halong Bay). The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. We had already arranged our Halong Bay tour before leaving home, but just generally the staff were very willing to help with directions, suggetions and advice. The rooms were also immaculate. The... My husband and I stayed here a couple of nights. They easily booked water puppet show tickets for us in 10 minutes for a show later in the evening. We also booked a 1 night cruise in Ha Long Bay with them through Paradise Cruises as well as the van transfer and night back at the Sapphire on the return.... More
