The hotel is a 10-minute walk to the Old Quarter. The hotel had clean, spacious rooms and staff members were very friendly and ready to help. In addition, there is a takeaway breakfast and a book exchange is available. Another benefit to this hotel is that rooms are affordable and staff members speak English.

We stayed for one night at the start of a G Adventures trip. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and we got a yummy takeaway breakfast. The room was spacious. 10 min walk to the heart of the old quarter. I liked the book exchange next door!

We stayed there for two nights last year but I don't really think the place is like what I saw in the picture. Room was a bit small and we had troubles with the toilet. Indeed the price is cheap and the location is good enough. Staff can speak English and can recommend you to places around town. They also... More

We booked this hotel online and regretted it. The first room we were shown was disgusting, dirty and crowded. We asked to be moved, and they moved us to a suite on the top floor for the same price. The room was much nicer, but still not the cleanest. There was construction right outside our window, plus the noisiness of... More

We spent three nights here in mid April and were not dissapointed. Upon arrival in Hanoi, we arrived at our hotel only to have found out that it had been demolished for renovations. Having no warning of this matter we set out looking for somewhere to stay upon arrival. We came across Viet Anh Hotel and asked to see a... More

The hotel is very well located in the heart of Hanoi's old quarters. The staff is the most helpful staff we met on our trip. Always smiling and always trying to help as much as they can. The standard rooms are extremely good value. Although they are not very flash, they are clean and comfortable and this is all you... More

I liked this hotel. It turned out to be one of the better ones we stayed in. Easy to book a room online before arrival in Hanoi. I was a bit concerned about other reviews that said you might get sidelined into the VAII hotel instead, but they reassured me this wouldn't happen, and it didn't. staff speak good english... More
