staff are very accommodating and friendly. hats off to them (ha, lily, rice, & nhat). they will assist you anything you need. location of the hotel is perfect for travelers/backpackers (hoan kiem district). walking distance to dining places. room we stayed for 2 nights is wide, clean, & decent. i surely recommend hanoi stars hotel!

The hotel had friendly staff and comfortable facilities. My first floor room was cool enough to be comforable. The bathroom / tub room was claustrophobic. Other room amenities were as expected. The hotel offers a good breakfast.
