Stayed here for 5 nights. Appreciated being away from the busyness of the Old Quarter, but close enough to get their quickly if needed. The fitness facilities are excellent - lots of weight machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. The pool was also good for lap swimming. If you need a coffee fix, there is a "Coffee Bean and Tea"... More

This is a good upmarket establishment but away from the Old Quarter. Easy walk to all the sights but out of the way enough to provide a rest from the business of Hanoi Old Quarter. It is right on West Lake in the Tay Ho district. Enjoyed our stay with Victor Chin (General Manager). Friendly place ...

I had an extended stay at The Hanoi Club while on a business trip. The facilities are very nice and offer quite a lot for the price. The rooms are well equipped, comfortable, and quiet. The attractions for me were the location and amenities. Located on west lake with an outdoor sitting area, The Hanoi Club offers a chance to... More

Hotel was very good, the room was clean, spacious, and had ample light during the day. The food was good and pool side drinks were really nice. The view of the lake in morning and evening was stunningly beautiful. The meeting hall was nice and had all the required electronic gadgets to make it worthwhile. The only drawback was its... More

We stayed at the Hanoi Club for 7 days, while we were looking for an apartment to move into. I picked this hotel primarily for its location and the fact it had a swimming pool for our 4 year old son. I really liked the location in Tayho, however if I was coming to Hanoi for the first time I... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It is not near the old quarter, but for 3 dollar/15 minutes you can be there. The hotel is a relaxed escape after a busy day exploring the hectic Hanoi. The swimmingpool is very nice. The rooms look good and clean. The breakfast is also good. They happen to have very good... More

was in transit in Hanoi for one night, stayed at this hotel in the signature suite, was lovely, breakfast was a bit bland, golf driving range was good, other facilities including tennis courts and squash courts, kids club is for younger ones, playground for younger ones, staff were helpful, approx $3 to old quarter, no complaints considering we stayed for... My little daughter and I stayed here after a very unsatisfactory experience in the old quarter. It was like arriving in HEAVEN! The Signature Suites are fabulously designed by any standard. A lot of space and practically designed. The pool area is really lovely, and the outside kiddy's play area a stroke of sheer genius. The salon in the hotel... More

We booked 7 nights in Hanoi and quickly realised this would be far too long to be stuck in the old quarter. For all of it's charm, the noise and chaos of the old town wears thin quickly. So after an amazing 4 day 3 nights stay at Halong bay, we decided to upgrade our budget and splash out for... More

The location is great, just at shore of West lake, Hanoi. The room is excellent. The only thing to criticize was the poor command of English, even by the front desk staff. Called to obtain some information but was misguided due to comminucation barrier.
