Stayed here in 2009. Brilliant location - an easy walk to central Hanoi and just over the road from the lake. Very helpful staff, and rooms cleaned impeccably each day.

Step out and you`re directly at a city lake shore where especially in the evenings lots of things are happening. Hotel is nice and clean, though rooms are relatively small and without wifi (internet by cable).
