I love Sofitel and try to always stay at one (if available) when travelling, unfortunately this one in Hanoi seems quite old, and the rooms very small. Is a great deal for the money but not the 5 star experience I usually get.

“For Lan's salon. A haircut”

i just had a haircut by Lan at Lan Salon in the plaza area at the bottom of the hotel. Iy was great. Tired of having a bad haircut in foreign cities, it was great to explain in english what i wanted and get exactly what i asked for. I was very happy.
