I had the opportunity to stay at the Calypso a few days ago, and what a wonderful experience. The helpfulness and friendliness of Mark and his staff, the quiet, and the air-conditioning really makes it a pleasure to come home to after a day of the craziness that is Hanoi.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The management and staff are very professional and friendly at the same time. Breakfast was very good, and the suite very spacious. I would stay at Calypso Grand again.

This hotel is very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly! The rooms are all clean and big and the bathroom too. The hotel is located in the city heart near the historical and french district. Overall I highly recommend this hotel!

Hanoi was the last city of our trip...must admit the city grows on you with time..but the hotel was an instant hit..the staff is very helpful and do evrything to make your stay comfortable...the rooms are nice and clean.
